The gangster rapper lost around 75 lbs in just nine weeks in order to
play a cancer patient in the film 'All Things Fall Apart'! Within a few
months he was back to normal, how he did it is anyone's guess.
After having health complications, Drew Cary shed 80 lbs in 2010 by
doing cardio and sticking to a high-protein diet chocked full of fruits
and veggies. He was actually able to reverse his type-2 diabetes by
losing weight and eating right!
Talk about method acting! Christian Bale dropped almost 70 lbs to play
the lead role in the Machinist. Eating only one apple and a cup of
coffee per day, the actor wanted to lose more weight for the role but
his doctor and the film's director told him enough was enough. He beefed
back up to play Batman the next year!
