The American Music Awards hit Los Angeles on Sunday night and brought with them a slew of loud, statement-making dresses. Jennifer Hudson tried out a bright orange "mullet dress" by Christian Dior, while Heidi Klum vamped it up in an intricate black lace cutout fringe gown by Marchesa.
Ke$ha's dress was a toned-down black, but the thigh-high cutaway plus her pastel hair kept things, um, interesting. Rihanna went with a two-piece black number by Jean Paul Gaultier Couture, complete with a strapless bikini-like top and a sheer-bottomed skirt. Even Zoe Saldana's Roland Mouret dress was rather adventurous for her, with a pale blue ribbon down the side and two-toned patchwork print. And Taylor Swift? Well, her dress was gold, glittery and short, and it boasted a cutout (covered, but still) on top. Guess she knew Harry Styles was going to be in the audience...
